Buttero Leather: Vegetable-Tanned Shoulders
This product is made from the shoulder portion of the highest-quality French bovine hide. The leather is 100% vegetable-tanned—it's dense to the touch, has a warm, natural tone, and over time, with use, develops an exquisite patina—a characteristic feature of genuine vegetable-tanned leather.
Buttero leather has a pleasantly warm texture and elasticity, and its grain is exceptionally smooth. It offers the perfect balance between softness and firmness: the material is not too pliable, but not excessively hard.
The grain of the leather is premium quality.
The flesh side (back) is clean and carefully sanded.
The shoulder size is 130 x 150 dm2; we use only the finest French raw materials.
The thickness of the shoulders varies from 1.2–1.4 mm to 2–2.2 mm.
